SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Relating to the development                                           
and deployment of the National Missile Defense System, was read the                                 
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                            
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                                   
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                      
                                                                                                    
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9 was read the third time.                                              
                                                                                                    
Senators Donley, Taylor, Wilken, Ward, Austerman moved and asked                                    
unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution.
